The size of the finished Mandala depends on the yarn and hook you use. My Chakra Mandala made of cotton thread is approx. ⌀ 38 cm blocked and ⌀ 40 cm stretched in the hoop. I made also one with Scheepjes Catona (125 m 50 grams) 2,5 mm hook. The Mandala with 18 rounds of this pattern suits also 40 cm hoop. The colours in this mandala correspond to The Seven Chakra’s: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple. I used several tints of every main colour, feel free to give your Mandala your own colourway.
