It often rains, sometimes snows, and the temperature usually hovers only a few degrees above freezing. This pattern was born out of necessity. I simply had to have a warm poncho. I wanted something made with a bulky yarn, something warm with no lacy parts to it, something with a large cowl neck that I could turn up when the temperature drops. There are quite a few poncho patterns out there, but none of them were just right for me. So I made my own! My perfect poncho. \u003c3 Finished Size: The sizing for this poncho is customizable. It would fit any teen/adult size. Materials: I used Loops \u0026 Threads Barcelona, which is 100% Acrylic, #5 Bulky weight yarn. Any yarn of similar weight would work.
